hbjje Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following words are used with the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" refers to all digital services of hbjje, including the website, mobile site, and applications.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person who has registered on the platform or is using the services.
• "Account" refers to your registered personal account on the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional benefit granted by hbjje under specific conditions.
• "Services" refers to online gaming, sports betting, live casino, and all other activities available on the platform.
• "Funds" refers to real money deposited into your account, separate from your bonus balance.

2.1 Age Requirement

To register and use services at hbjje, you must be 21 years of age or older. Our platform is strictly prohibited for minors. For age verification purposes, we may request identification or relevant documents at any time.

2.2 Single Account

Each user may create only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, they will be identified as "duplicate accounts" and all associated accounts may be permanently closed.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being closed without verification and any pending withdrawals being cancelled.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing your account details with any third party is prohibited. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

3.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum amount for depositing funds into your hbjje account is ৳300 (three hundred taka). We currently support the following mobile banking methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most popular mobile financial service
• Nagad — the postal department's digital financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet

After a deposit is completed, your account is generally credited automatically. If there is any delay, please contact the support team.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests typically take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the mobile banking number registered on your account.

3.3 Deposit Method & Third Parties

You may only make deposits using a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and suspicious transactions may be held pending investigation.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳42,000 → ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus offers may only be used once and are non-transferable.
• hbjje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled once the period ends.

hbjje's VIP program has four tiers. Based on regular play, you can advance to higher tiers and receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP benefits are non-transferable. Cashback balances are credited on a set day each week and may be subject to wagering conditions.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games at hbjje are powered by reputable providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, and JILI. Each game runs on Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fairness.

6.2 Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Winnings incorrectly awarded due to a system error may be reclaimed at a later time.
• Playing games through dishonest means (such as using bots, scripts, or software) is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to collect bonus funds using multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.

6.3 Sports Betting

All markets and odds displayed in the sports betting section are provided for informational purposes. If the result of a live match changes, the final settlement will be adjusted accordingly. If hbjje detects match fixing or an unusual betting pattern on any match, it reserves the right to void the relevant bets.

The following activities are completely prohibited on the hbjje platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Playing games using automated bots or scripts.
• Attempting to intrude into or hack the platform's software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts.
• Operating an account using fraudulent or false information.
• Collecting bonuses from multiple accounts.

8.1 Account Closure by hbjje

hbjje reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Failure of account verification.
• Instructions from a relevant authority or legal obligation.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If there are any pending withdrawals or bonus balances at the time of the closure request, they will be settled in accordance with the Terms.

Information provided for account verification is used solely for security and fraud prevention purposes. We never sell or transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent.

• Loss caused by a technical error on the part of a third-party game provider.
• Unauthorised access resulting from the user leaving their account details unsecured.
• Force majeure situations (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).

hbjje reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will post a notification on the platform for important changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

These terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines together form the complete agreement between hbjje and the user. Any prior oral or written discussions or understandings are replaced by this agreement.
